Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or premium casual restaurants
A passion for food & beverage and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
A consistently positive and professional demeanor
Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable or Resy
Basic computer literacy and adaptability with digital tools
Willingness to collaborate across departments and support the team
A fun, energetic attitude and a proven track record of guest satisfaction
