We are looking for Chefs, Line Cooks, and Bartenders who CAN also be a SERVER !
In this multifaceted position, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, craft inventive cocktails, and engage with guests to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.
Execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas.
Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails with attention to flavor profiles.
Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering menu recommendations.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment and contribute to a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef, Line Cook, Bartender, and Server in a fast-paced restaurant/bar environment.
Proficiency in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and mixology.
Strong multitasking abilities with the flexibility to switch between kitchen and front-of-house responsibilities seamlessly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also capable of working independently.
Willingness to uphold high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.
