Job Description: Hotel Room Attendants
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hotel Room Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness standards to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay.
Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
Restock and replenish guest room supplies
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with guests
Requirements:
MUST have Previous experience in Hotel/Resort preferred (international experience OK)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must work weekends and holidays
