Requirements
All facets of dough making (dough batching, fermentation, portioning, stretching)
48-hour dough fermentation - product inventory is essential to understand.
2+ years of pizza/dough-making experience
In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
Basic knife skills
Proven ability to be a team player
Food Handler’s Certification preferred
Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
They must always be on time, friendly, and willing to make adjustments to help the restaurant reach its peak sales level.
