Requirement:

CHEF :

Function of Job: handling all aspect of sushi operations.

starting salary $62 k

Sous Chef : 48 k

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in catering will be helpful

must be comfortable on the camera , taking part in restaurant social media is must

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production of a large-scale food preparation operation, including daily production of all foods and assisting with staffing schedules.

Assist in interviewing, hiring, and supervising food production staff.

Develop training programs and coordinate all professional development for staff.

Inspect food facilities to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and safety standards.

Serve as chef for special functions as needed.

Assist in developing and updating recipes and menus.

Assist as needed in the operation of assigned specialty areas, such as catering and alcohol distribution.

Oversee the purchase of food items and equipment used in food preparation.

Inspect cools and freezers for proper storage and inventory levels and use of leftovers in daily operations.

Participate on committees and maintain appropriate records/files as required.

Perform related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

Associate's degree and five years experience in quantity food preparation, including three years at a supervisory level, or two years of formal post high school training in food preparation principles/techniques and seven years experience, including three at the supervisory level.

Experience with food preparation and materials/methods used in large-scale cooking.

Supervisory and management skills.

Experience supervising the operation of all types of standard kitchen equipment/machinery.

Expertise in food values and nutrition.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

Experience coordinating food preparation at a quality restaurant noted for the preparation of gourmet food.

Supervisory and management experience at restaurant of similar size restaurant group .

Multiunit experience is an advantage but its not a must

EXECUTIVE CHEF : Creative ,passionate , professional and lead by example ,organize & must know for to run a kitchen

SOUS CHEF : hard working ,dedicated and hungry to learn more,We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, willing to work hard and excited to expand their knowledge and learn new skills and participate in variety of fun tasks.

line/salad cooks/pizza man: we will train individual with or without experience

server/host/bartender/runner/busser: Must have positive attitude, a strong work ethic, a passion for service, and the ability to work under pressure.

MANAGER:

building the opening management! developing foh staff & managers (hiring, training, disciplining)

- ensuring our service standards are upheld

- scheduling staff; ensuring floor is appropriately staffed each night

- working closely with chefs; act as liaison to accomplish boh's pursuit of serving delicious food

- managing the administrative side of restaurant
