BRAND NEW restaurant and lounge in Crown Heights seeking an experienced manager to add to the team!
What You’ll Do:
-Greet and interact with guests to ensure a great dining experience.
-Manage and oversee front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, bussers).
-Schedule shifts and train new employees.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
-Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
-Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
-Monitor inventory and supplies.
-Help manage cash, sales, and daily reports.
-Assist with events and reservations.
What We’re Looking For:
-Part time or Full time
- Experience in restaurant management or supervision( 3+ experience).
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
-Flexible schedule (must be available nights, weekends, and holidays).
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations
