CAVIAR SERVICE server is responsible for delivering and serving caviar blinis and caviar on potato chips for the guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Caviar service experience is not required Quick training will be provided before the event.
It's a private event on New Years Eve - party starts at 10pm until 2 am (arrival 1 hour before).
The caviar table/bar needs to be set before party starts by the server. During the event the server will prepare and serve in front of thee guests 2 items - ( CAVIAR BLINI AND CAVIAR CHIPS)
When the event ends the person needs to be able to clean the table/bar and leave it on the designated location to be picked up.
Qualifications:
Previous work in the catering industry (bartender/waiters/ host)
Good customer service and communication skills.
Strong people skills and a well-groomed appearance
Spanish / Portuguese speaking is a plus!
