Our Lead Cooks will take guests on a culinary adventure in an immersive and entertaining atmosphere. You will lead your team of prep and line cooks helping them to fine-tune their culinary skills, grow their careers, and fuel their passion for food. No two days are the same, and an entire store full of fresh, world-class ingredients is your pantry.
What will I do?
Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educating and sharing food passion
Lead by example to serve guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner
Prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and efficiently
Accurately forecast restaurant and guest needs when planning production lists and prioritizing tasks
Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
Required Qualifications
2 or more years’ experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Knife Skills
Experience working on multiple kitchen stations
Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts
Experience leading a team
Experience with cooking Asian cuisine
Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
