We’re looking for kitchen staffs who specializes in Jamaican and Nigerian cuisines who can bring bold ideas, refined techniques, and leadership to our restaurant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations, from prep to execution
Create and maintain seasonal menus with high culinary standards
Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
Train and supervise back-of-house staff
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
Collaborate with owners on restaurant direction and special events
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and food costing
Passion for creativity, presentation, and quality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Culinary degree preferred but not required
