Front of the House (FOH) Staff:
As a member of our FOH team, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Key responsibilities include:
-Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests according to their preferences and availability.
-Accurately take and relay food and drink orders, making recommendations when needed.
-Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including setting up tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring the environment is welcoming.
Back of the House (BOH) Staff:
As a member of our BOH team, you will work behind the scenes to prepare and cook delicious meals, ensuring that our high standards of quality and presentation are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring them as per recipes.
- Cooking: Cook menu items according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Plating: Plate dishes in an attractive and timely manner, ensuring that each dish meets presentation standards.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, following sanitation and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and managing inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients.
Qualifications:
FOH Staff:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
BOH Staff:
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
