What You’ll Do
Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi quickly and precisely
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow food safety and presentation standards
Work closely with the team during busy service
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sushi experience
Strong knife skills & attention to detail
Fast, clean, and reliable
AYCE experience is a plus
Food Handler’s License is a plus
