Croton Reservoir Tavern, located just steps from Bryant Park, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Floor Manager to join our management team. We’re a busy Midtown bar and restaurant known for our great food, cocktails, and high-energy atmosphere catering to both corporate guests and locals.
We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, communicate with warmth, and keep service running smoothly — all while creating a positive environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations during shifts
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle guest relations with professionalism
Support and motivate servers, bartenders, and hosts
Assist with training, scheduling, and opening/closing duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and upbeat environment
Communicate effectively with the GM and kitchen team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a floor manager or head server in a high-volume NYC restaurant or bar
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Weekend and evening availability required
Compensation:
$25/hour plus staff meal and potential for growth within our hospitality group.
