General Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Handle inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maintain cost efficiency.
Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
Floor Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise floor staff and ensure smooth service operations during shifts.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in training new team members and ensuring adherence to service standards.
Monitor table turnover and manage seating arrangements to maximize efficiency.
Support the General Manager in implementing operational procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations gracefully.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
