Located in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Sweet Catch BK is a fast casual Southern soul food and seafood restaurant with a vibrant Caribbean flair. As the season heats up, so does our patio service — and we’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our family.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Requirements:

- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE IS A PLUS

MUST BE PUNCTUAL

WORK WELL WITH OTHERS

FOCUS ON BEING PREPARED

DETAIL ORIENTED

CAN MULTITASK

FRIENDLY DEMEANOR A MUST

BARTENDER

-Accurately enter all orders into the POS system

-Inform guests of all food and beverage specials

-Ensures the delivery of all food and beverage to the guests

-Works as a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members

-Accurately completes all end of shift financial procedures

-Properly its up floor and other opening and closing procedures

-Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards

-Must have a minimum of 5 year experience in a high volume catering, fast casual or fine dining

-Must have basic knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer.

LINE COOK

Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

Knowledge of cooking techniques

Works well with others

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Good physical condition and endurance

Someone that is constantly thinking of ways to enhance the experience and is conscious of costs

Food Handlers Certificate is a must

Training from a culinary school is an asset

Experience as a prep cook and line cook

Knowledge of seafood, southern cuisine (low country), and Caribbean cuisine is a plus

Must have a minimum of 4 years experience.
