As Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in training, supporting, and leading your team to deliver 100% of the standard, 100% of the time. You’re the example, the motivator, and the problem-solver.
Your Day-to-Day:
Train & Develop Team Members:
Train new hires
Display dedication during new hire training and cross-training
Offer honest, in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members
Identify and recommend team members for cross-training and new roles
Train current employees on standards and procedures for their evolving positions
Communicate training progress with your GM consistently
Lead With Excellence:
Set the standard on shift — work your station with pride, and positivity
Be the go-to when you’re the senior leader on duty
Guide your team through opening, closing, prep, and paper checklists
Manage crib sheet coverage, employee breaks, and cash handling
Handle guest concerns with empathy and confidence
Lead the shift with pre and post shift one on one's.
Create Moments that Matter:
Learn regulars’ names and build lasting guest relationships
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy environment
What You Bring:
A team-first mentality and a love for hospitality
Experience leading shifts in a restaurant setting
Strong communication and time management skills
Dedication to upholding standards and using training tools
Availability on weekends, early mornings, and holidays

$13.50/hr + tips (average $22-$25 tips per hour)
