ENYBE is expanding our elite hospitality team. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and polished individuals for high-end events, catering, venues, and private clients throughout NYC, NJ, and the Tri-State area.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Porters / Utility Staff

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, prep areas & event spaces

Handle trash removal, dishwashing, equipment organization

Support chefs and catering teams as needed

Ensure all back-of-house operations run smoothly

Requirements:

Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented

Able to work long shifts (up to 12 hours)

Prior hospitality/catering experience preferred

2. Cooks / Prep Cooks

Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with food preparation, portioning, and plating

Maintain cleanliness & food safety standards

Follow recipes and execute menu items accurately

Work efficiently in fast-paced environments

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years kitchen experience

Strong knife skills & culinary knowledge

Ability to take direction and work under pressure

3. Chefs & Kosher Chefs

Responsibilities:

Lead kitchen operations for events

Oversee menu execution, prep, cooking & plating

Coordinate with event managers and staff

Maintain strict kosher kitchen standards when applicable

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years professional culinary experience

Kosher food knowledge required for Kosher Chef roles

Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

4. Waiters / Servers

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service

Serve food & beverages with professionalism and accuracy

Support event setup, breakdown & dining room maintenance

Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Requirements:

Outgoing personality & polished presentation

Must speak clear, fluent English

Prior fine-dining, catering, or banquet experience required

5. Host / Doorman / Guest Liaison

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide guests with warmth and confidence

Manage guest flow, check-ins & entrance experience

Maintain security awareness and venue rules

Provide high-level customer service at all times

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Strong personality and professional demeanor

Must speak perfect, articulate English

Experience in hospitality, security, or concierge roles preferred

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts

Ability to travel to NYC/NJ event locations

Team-oriented, respectful, and hard-working

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
