Omakase Sushi Chef, Server/Counter/Restaurant Assistant (part time or full time )

Looking for someone to help small restaurant & sake bar.
As we are so small, you have to be multi task and do a lot of extra things like pouring sake! And we need new teammate who can bring our restaurant to next level
Hourly rate (starting from $12/hr ) + tip
Tue-Sun, about 5 - 12pm, 2 to 6 days a week.
($200/day for Tuesday - Thursday, Sunday, Expected $250-$400/day for Friday and Saturday )
Requirement: 1 to 2 years Fine dining experience, good communication skill in English, stamina, photo ID, job reference
Responsible, motivated, common sense as adult professional, good social skill, neat. Long term preferred.
Culinary education, Japanese food and sake knowledge, Japanese speaking are plus.
Omakase Sushi Chef (July 23-September 1)
Casual & reasonable price Omakase Sushi chef.
Tue, (Wed), Thu, (Fri), Sun (3 or 5 days a week), 4pm-11pm(5-7hrs)
$25/hr plus tip. Expected $250-$350+/day
Requirement: Minimum 1yr of Sushi Chef experience or Sushi Chef training. Any level can be candidate from entry to master chef. Good communication skill in English, photo ID, job reference and speed are must.
Responsible, motivated, common sense as adult professional, good social skill, neat. This position for 6 weeks only.
