We are an omakase concept with a flagship in NYC with various pop-up locations in luxury markets (Aspen/Laguna/Miami) around the country.
We are seeking a talented, lead omakase chef who is able to work in pop-up locations for 3-6 months.
All travel/housing expenses paid. Salary + very lucrative tips.
