Requirements for Server & Bartender:
Must have AT LEAST 4-5 years experience as a Server/Bartender in Upscale Casual/Fine Dinning Environment.
Must have AT LEAST 3 years in a NYC restaurants.
Must have Basic Red & White wine knowledge.
Must have Classic cocktails knowledge.
Must have OPEN availability
Requirements for Cooks:
Must have AT LEAST 1-3 years in a NYC restaurant.
Must have OPEN availability
Requirements for Sushi Cook:
Must have OPEN availability
