Responsibilities:
-Manage our reservations using Resy and Open Table
-Greet every guest with a warm smile.
-Be professional and polite
-Assist the management team handling special requests
-Maintain clear communication with servers, support team and managers
-Keep your station clean and organized
Requirements:
-Must be available to work weekends and holidays
-Excellent verbal communication skills
