Position: Restaurant Floor Manager

Reports to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Supervise and train front-of-house staff (servers, hosts, etc.).

Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experiences, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Operations: Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth service and timely order delivery.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Administrative: Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in restaurant management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
