OPEN CALL — SERVERS & BARTENDERS

Golden Ratio is a new cocktail bar from Redwood Hospitality (the team behind Oxalis, Place des Fêtes, Cafe Mado, and Laurel Bakery). We’re building a tight, hospitality-driven team for our opening season and are looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders who care deeply about great service, thoughtful drinks, and creating a memorable guest experience in an intimate space.

What We’re Looking For
Servers
Experience in a quality-driven bar or restaurant
Ability to guide guests through cocktails, wine, and small plates
Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming presence
Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving, tight space
Comfort with POS systems and handling a high volume of small checks
A genuine interest in cocktails, ingredients, and learning our style
Bartenders
Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a cocktail-focused program
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails + technique (stirring, shaking, batching, build-outs)
Ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and cleanliness under pressure
A calm, confident demeanor behind the bar
Prep experience (juicing, garnishes, syrups, batching)
Commitment to consistency and executing drinks to spec
General Expectations (Both Roles)
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-touch environment
Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient during busy service
Flexibility to learn new systems, steps of service, and menu changes
Familiarity with DOH standards + maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Availability on nights and weekends (required)
