Built in 1884, the Hotel Chelsea has long been home to legendary artists, writers, and creatives. Today, it continues to offer a one-of-a-kind experience for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet late-night arrivals and manage check-ins/outs
Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and overnight needs
Communicate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Keep the lobby and front desk organized, secure, and guest-ready
Requirements:
1+ year hotel or customer service experience (luxury/boutique preferred)
Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills
Calm, polished, and professional presence
Must be available weekends and holidays
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
