Position 1: Baker
Salary: $18+ per/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (Early Morning Shifts)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and finish pastries and breads to company specifications
Follow recipes, baking schedules, and quality control procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Assist with labeling, inventory, and daily production tasks
Collaborate with team members and support café operations as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
1–2 years of bakery or culinary experience preferred (training provided)
Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 25 lbs
Work near ovens and in varying temperatures
Position 2: Cake Decorator
Salary: $18+ per/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time (Morning & Mid-Day Shifts)
Responsibilities:
Decorate and finish cakes to brand specifications
Prepare icings, fillings, and toppings as needed
Ensure all items are labeled, displayed, and stored properly
Maintain a clean and organized cake production area
Communicate effectively with bakery and café teams
Qualifications/Experience:
1–2 years of cake decorating or pastry experience preferred (training available)
Skilled with piping, layering, and icing techniques
Strong attention to visual detail and consistency
Dependable, creative, and able to work efficiently under time constraints
Stand for extended periods
Lift up to 25 lbs
Work in varying temperatures
