Pasta Louise Restaurant in Park Slope is hiring! We're seeking EXPERIENCED BARISTAS 2 shifts a week (Friday and Sunday AM).
Pasta Louise is a fresh pasta spot one block from Prospect Park on a tree-lined street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. This post is to work at our BEAUTIFUL SECOND LOCATION which opened in May 2022 and is already an instant hit with locals and destination-seekers alike! It features several expansive dining spaces, a full bar and, of course, outdoor seating!
Fresh pasta, seasonal sauces, inventive sides, salads, beer, wine and inventive craft cocktails it's become a neighborhood gem where guests come to relax, eat good food, catch up with friends, and take a break from everyday life.
If you have hustle, a positive attitude and very strong barista experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant, we want to hear from you!
You'll be working in a tight team environment, where everyone helps where and when it's needed, and where we respect and listen to one another.

Baristas at Pasta Louise do a little of everything
Duties Include:
Ringing in coffee, tea, pastry and breakfast orders on the POS
Cash handling
Making espresso and coffee based drinks
Plating desserts, ice creams and sorbets
Running food and drinks to tables
Maintaining a clean and organized work station throughout and after service
Batching cold brew
Ensuring that the barista station is fully stocked with all desserts, syrups, garnishes, milks and bottled waters
