Patrizia’s of Maspeth is looking for a reliable and friendly Counter Person to join our team! This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and taking reservations
Handling delivery and catering orders
Managing orders from delivery apps (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.)
Assisting guests with takeout orders
Providing excellent customer service at the counter
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using phones, tablets, and delivery app platforms
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
