Part Time Floor Manager (option for full time)

Dino Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time (option for full time) Floor Manager. This role is perfect for someone with years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry who is eager to expand their skill set and take on more responsibilities. The position will be part-time to start with the opportunity to take on more shifts with our private events.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Overseeing daily operations on the floor

Consistently follow, complete and delegate daily “housekeeping/side work” tasks

Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints/troubleshoot service issue

Train and mentor waitstaff and bartenders and assist with hiring/discipline

Liaison between back and front of house

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Managing of on-site private events

Maintain Social Media Presence

Monitor online/phone in delivery orders

Help create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies

Send daily sales and service report to all management and owners

Perform Basic Daily Admin

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a waiter, bartender with supervisor /manager role a plus

Great attention to detail with strong leadership, communication and delegation skills

Comprehensive knowledge of POS/Reservation/Delivery Platforms (Toast,Resy,Grubhub)

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Be comfortable reporting to the owners
