We are a neighborhood bakery and cafe with two locations in Brooklyn and one in Queens serving fresh baked goods, made to order breakfast and specialty coffee every morning into early evening. We are looking for an AM Pastry Chef to help run one of our locations. You must have management experience, be self-motivated, be creative, and have the desire to bake beautiful fresh pastries with seasonal ingredients early every morning. This is a position with a lot of room for growth.
We look for candidates who are passionate about good food, work well in a team environment as well as independently. You must have at least 2-3 years experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery, the ability to multi task, be highly organized, be willing and able to stand for 8 hours, lift 50lb and command basic knife skills.
