Pizza spot Hells Kitchen is looking to hire a Pizza Chef. Our project is a neighborhood pizzeria serving Sicilian pies/slices, other menu items, and delicious things to drink.
The Pizza Chef will have experience working a gas oven.
Primary Duties:
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or food service environment
Preparing pizza dough from scratch. Stretch & Shape pizza dough by hand
Washing, Slicing, Chopping & preparing fresh daily
Cooking, Baking & Preparing sauces & meats, such as chicken & beef
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and adhere to food safety & standards
Monitor inventory as up to code
