Fornino is seeking a professional, creative Pizza Chef for our newest location opening mid-September in Union Square, Manhattan.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a celebrated pizza concept with over two decades of history, now expanding into a Manhattan for the first time Our Union Square location will offer access to the famed Greenmarket, providing the ideal platform for a chef who values seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity.
The ideal candidate will:
Have professional kitchen experience in a high-volume, artisanal pizzeria setting
Be trustworthy, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
Bring creativity to the menu and utilize Union Square’s seasonal bounty
Be excited to help shape the identity of this new location from the ground up
