We're seeking a Full-time or Part-time PIZZA CHEF. Lupo Rosso is family owned and operated to maintain the highest standards in Neapolitan authenticity and quality food. Our dough is made in-house daily from imported flour and is naturally leavened over 3 days, a standard set by the first Pizzaiolos of Naples. We use the finest organic ingredients and cheeses available, our motto: True pizza, True passion.
We're looking for:
Passionate pizza makers with Neapolitan-style experience.
Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
Team players who support their kitchen crew.
Physically capable of lifting 50lbs or more.
Detail-oriented individuals ensuring top-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize the pizza/cooking station.
Prepare fresh ingredients daily for pizza and kitchen use.
Ensure cleanliness and quality control at all times.
Inventory review and management each night.
Preferred:
A culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
NYC DOH Food Handler's certificate.
