Unregular Pizza is looking for an enthusiastic front of the house member to join our Unregular Team!
The Store Manager will:
- Performs Cashier duties.
- Enters price changes into POS platform.
- Manages the pizzeria in an effective and efficient manner while maintaining superior customer service and satisfaction.
- Resolves customers’ complaints.
- Supervises and assigns duties to cashiers.
- Provides direction to the team during shift.
- Coaches, educates and motivates the team to maintain a high-quality customer service experience.
- Ensures cleaning and maintenance schedules are followed to maintain cleanliness of equipment and pizzeria in general.
- Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Verifies the accuracy of inventory prepared by cashiers.
- Is responsible for inventory management, including ordering from vendors based on the inventory.
- Immediately advises the General Manager of any personnel, bookkeeping, maintenance or safety issues.
- Supervises large and catering orders.
- Is responsible for training of new employees.
- Maintains an “A” health inspection rating at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Pay is in check only, NO CASH
Schedule is either 1pm-8pm or 3pm-9:30pm (availability for the evening shift is required).
