We are a family-owned pizzeria with a reputation for crafting high-quality, delicious pizzas. We're seeking an experienced, detail oriented, and RELIABLE Pizza Cook, or Line cook to become a key member of our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and customers' specific requests
Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and timings
Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in prep work, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, grating cheese, and prepping dough
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements:
At least 2 year of experience as a pizza cook
Knowledge of various pizza styles, dough types, and cooking techniques
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knows how to make Mozzarella Cheese
Food handler's certification is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
