We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and reliable pizza professional to join our team and help us launch a true New York–style pizza concept in the heart of Midtown.
Position:
Pizza Maker / Dough Maker (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage pizza dough daily (mixing, proofing, stretching).
Create authentic NY-style pizzas with consistency and quality.
Operate deck ovens efficiently and safely.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Work closely with management to develop and improve recipes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience making pizza (NY or Italian style).
Strong dough-making and hand-stretching skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Team player with a positive attitude.
