We're seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our pizza kitchen team! As a Sous Chef, you'll assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating. If you're passionate about pizza and have a knack for leadership, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen management, food preparation, and plating
- Prepare high-quality pizzas, salads, and other menu items
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- 2+ years of culinary experience, preferably in a pizza kitchen
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, toppings, and cooking techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
