You Are:
A kitchen Jedi with 4+ years’ experience as a sous chef (or serious line cook cred)
Cool under pressure (even when the fryer goes down)
Organized, energetic, and obsessed with food
A team player who knows a sharp knife and a sharp wit go hand in hand
Bonus points if you:
Can quote Gordon Ramsay and Bob’s Burgers
Have a signature dish that could win a street food showdown
Know how to make staff meals that don’t suck
