Job Description:
Vetro Restaurant and Lounge is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and back-of-house environment. This is a part-time role with variable hours, requiring flexibility and availability during peak shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, floors, and equipment
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
Empty trash, recycling, and food waste
Assist with restocking and organizing supplies
Support kitchen and service staff as needed
Requirements:
Must be available on weekends and holidays
Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts
Long periods of standing and walking
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
English / Spanish (preferred)
Hourly Rate: $16.50
Schedule: Primarily Thursday through Sunday. Hours vary based on operational needs:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM. Must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
