Job Title: Expeditor (Expo)
PT - 4pm-9pm 3-5 days a week (brunch 10am-3pm)

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and relay orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
-Inspect dishes for quality, presentation, and accuracy before they leave the kitchen.
-Maintain clear communication between kitchen, servers, and management to avoid errors and delays.
-Prioritize and manage orders to ensure food is delivered to guests promptly and efficiently.
-Ensure workstations are organized, stocked, and clean, adhering to food safety standards.
-Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Requirements:
-Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (expo or direct kitchen experience).
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a high-energy environment.
-Capable of standing on your feet for long periods
-English/Spanish a plus
