Looking for an EXPERIENCED cook capable of running a small line by themselves on the hot side with one guy on salad station and dish.
Sunday: Dinner (2-Close)
Monday: Double (9am-close)
Possibly- Tuesday: Lunch (8am-4pm)
Close: (usually done by 10:30)
You MUST have experience and be able to get to the shift on time and stay until it’s over.
This is a French Restaurant. American and Italian training will be sufficient with the training from the Chef and Sous Chef.
WE WILL ONLY RESPOND TO MESSAGES WITH RESUMÉS

There is always a chance if someone leaves, the position could then become full time, but we don’t want a quick turn around! We want someone with us for the long haul.

Este es un restaurante francés. La formación estadounidense e italiana será suficiente con la formación del Chef y Sous Chef.
