We’re looking for a bartender with both skill and personality to join our team. This role begins part-time with the potential to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
Prep juices & syrups
Create and develop drink ideas
Deliver excellent customer service with personality
Take weekly inventory
Confidently handle solo bartending shifts
Complete standard closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable balancing structure (following a set menu) with creativity (making off-menu requests)
Strong grasp of the classics, plus the ability to bring fresh ideas
Dependable when it comes to closing shifts and working independently
Positive, engaging presence behind the bar

What types of bar environments have you worked in (e.g., high-volume, cocktail-focused, casual neighborhood bar)?
What are a few cocktails or drink styles you feel most confident making?
Do you know how to make the classics?
How comfortable are you with following a set cocktail menu vs. making off-menu requests?
Do you have experience with basic closing duties (e.g., cleaning, restocking, cashing out)?
What’s your general availability for shifts, and how many hours are you ideally looking for?
What’s your expected hourly rate?
Do you speak any additional languages?
