We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist. Cleaner / Housekeeper — flexible part-time & full-time
Reliable transportation Required (car preferred or other dependable means to reach client homes).
This role involves providing residential and commercial cleaning services, ensuring spaces are spotless and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and handling specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial environments, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
INDICATE LOCATION: Queens Brooklyn NY(preferably 5 to 10 miles away from location)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients and prospects
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Company specifications
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances
Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work/provide proper documents
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate effectively complete tasks on time
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
Must have dependable transportation car preferred but not required.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a secure respectful work environment.

Four or more years professional cleaning experience or related experience required
Three or more years general customer service experience
