Saraghina is looking for Runner/Busser candidates with a passion for hospitality to join our team. 2 years New York experience a must! Good level of english. Must be able to work week nights, week ends and holidays.
Multitask between running food, bussing tables, polishing, making beverages, checking guest restrooms, and all other duties that may be needed to enhance guest experience
Demonstrate proper table service and full knowledge of the menu
Respond immediately to guests' needs and requests
Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards
Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive and team-oriented approach
Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 50lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
