The Restaurant Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. They manage staff during service, handle guest concerns, coordinate seating and table turns, and ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness are maintained. The Floor Manager also assists with training, scheduling, and enforcing restaurant policies to support overall success.
