We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating all FOH activities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing delivery and takeout operations
- Assisting with training and development of team members
- Supporting and motivating staff
- Collaborating effectively with BOH team members
- Ensuring compliance with DOH standards and regulations
- Implementing company policies and procedures
