High volume Italian restaurant seeking experienced general manager.
We are seeking an experienced general manager to oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including front and back of house, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing finances, maintaining food safety standards and leading the team to achieve profitability while providing a positive dining experience for guests. Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, food quality control and inventory management.
The candidate would prioritize excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and actively engaging with diners to ensure a positive experience.
Manage the restaurant’s budget, tracking sales and expenses, analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
Responsible for hiring and supervising all restaurant staff, including front and back of house, and addressing employee issues.
Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety regulations and maintains health standards.
