Hosts
Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Requirements: 2 or more years of restaurant experience.
Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Filing: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
Payroll: Process payroll for 150+ employees, including tracking hours, calculating wages, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Data Entry: Enter and manage data accurately, including employee records, inventory, and financial transactions.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external vendors.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and other resources, ensuring they are well-maintained and available as needed.
