The Bar Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our bars, including training and supervising bar staff, overseeing inventory management, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
