End-to-End Event Management: Proficiency in planning, booking, and flawlessly executing events alongside front-of-house staff.
Guest Experience Focus: Understanding that guest satisfaction is key to our brand's success and actively working towards enhancing it.
Detail-Oriented: Displaying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure seamless execution.
On-Site Event Oversight: Willingness to be present during events to ensure they unfold as planned.
Remote Sales and Booking: Capable of effectively working remotely to drive sales and secure bookings.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with management and successfully execute contracts.
Proficiency with TripleSeat Software: Experience with TripleSeat software is preferred.
