We’re Polly’s Cafe! We’re nestled in the heart of Brooklyn, currently in Prospect Heights and Crown Heights South. Our cozy cafes offer a warm and inviting atmosphere paired with exceptional coffee and delicious bites. With a focus on community and comfort, we provide a haven for locals and visitors alike to relax, recharge, and connect.
We are currently looking to hire an experienced baker to help launch and execute our new and exciting baking program.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position, you must have at least 2 years of baking(incl. pastry production) experience.
We’re looking for someone who can do morning bake-offs and production
Must be a self starter, be able to problem solve and work neatly!
Cooking experience is a plus.
Must-Have Food Handlers Permit from NYC Dept. of Health.
You have to be available on weekends.
Be able to take complete daily inventory and restock.
