Tribeca wine bar is seeking an experienced full time kitchen manager who wants to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is a daytime position with flexible hours.
Ideal candidates should have a working knowledge of NY health codes. Must have the ability to spot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Must be able to delegate many kitchen tasks simultaneously. Must maintain consistency
Our Kitchen Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
-Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
-Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes, safety protocols, and best practices.
-Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
-Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement new menu items and seasonal specials.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
-Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to food quality, staff performance, or guest satisfaction.
